Mr. Ben Ami has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and management. Before founding Navonix, Mr. Ben-Ami co-founded Microsoft's Telecom group and served as its CTO. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked at Juniper Networks as the Chief Software Architect for VoIP. Mr. Ben-Ami joined Juniper through its acquisition of Kagoor Networks in March 2005, where he was the associate VP of technology. Before joining Kagoor Networks he held several development and management roles at an elite computer and communication unit of the IDF's Intelligence Corps. Mr. Ben-Ami holds a master's degree in computer science (with honors) from Tel-Aviv University and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Miranda is a telecom industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience in product development, product management and marketing. In his last position at Microsoft, Yair co-founded a new product team, leading the way with an innovative application that combined voice, video and messaging for mobile and desktop subscribers. He established and managed a group of product managers to drive all product life cycle activities from market requirements, through a business plan, product specifications, customer engagements, R&D project management and product delivery. Yair joined Microsoft from Radvision where he served for more than 10 years in various high key positions in products and R&D management. In his last role as a Director of Products, he co-founded a new business unit, establishing a unique offering for wireless and wireline operators. Previously Yair managed R&D groups, delivering innovative voice and video centric products to the market. Yair started his professional life in several software development positions at Telrad Networks. Mr. Miranda holds a MBA from the executive program of the Hebrew University and a BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Goldstone is a chartered engineer with more than 20 years of experience in high-tech, innovation and business. Before joining Navonix, Jonathan was a senior product manager at AT&T responsible for developing advanced messaging, voice and federation services for a carrier grade, cloud based SaaS product. Jonathan worked for more than 15 years at Comverse where he served in a variety of positions gaining a unique perspective of the entire product lifecycle. His roles included R&D, System Architecture, Sales, Product Management and Portfolio Management and Strategy. In his time at Comverse Jonathan led several key teams and activities. Before joining Comverse Jonathan worked in development for a start-up company and for Shell UK.
Jonathan holds masters degrees in Electrical & Information Science from St. John’s College Cambridge University, and also in Communications & Signals Processing from Imperial College, London University. Jonathan also holds a masters degree in Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School.
